Welcome to Atlanta Legion 404
This year, the Atlanta Gladiators are celebrating their 20th anniversary season at Gas South Arena. The team is celebrating this feat of longevity under new ownership with partners Alex Campbell and Anson Carter who had acquired the team from Daniel Orlich just days before the onset of the 2022/23 ECHL regular season. Under this new ownership, the Gladiators intend to increase their community footprint on all fronts, including the Gladiators Booster Club and the Kids Club. One area the team does not currently have a large footprint with is the college-age demographic of young adults between the ages of 18 and 24. To help increase the presence of college students at Gladiators games, longtime fans Travis Hermel and Rick Cawston have come together to create an organization by the fans, for the fans.
Atlanta Legion 404 is a fan-led organization that aims to expose more college students to the Atlanta Gladiators through group outings to home games and also intends to serve a similar function to the Atlanta Thrashers' Nasty Nest, and Atlanta United's Gulch by participating in crowd chants and generally helping to electrify the atmosphere in Gas South Arena. The Legion has a presence on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, including a Facebook group for members to interact with each other outside of games and other Legion events.
